Hello!
I have worked in the mental health field since 2011. I have worked in several different areas, helping individuals, couples, and families to address issues to include substance abuse, depression, anxiety, communication, infidelity, careers, self-esteem, and a host of other areas. I have worked with over 1,000 clients from ages ranging from 17-67 and who were from across the United States with their own unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Currently, I work with a non-profit, helping with their substance abuse program that serves over 250 clients per year, and I work with individual clients on other issues they want to tackle. I prefer to work from a variety of approaches so that I can meet my clients where they're at and work to serve their needs. My motto is “working with you for you.” Let me work with you, for you!
