Ms. Paula is an amazing therapist — truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Her wisdom, compassion, and understanding create a safe space where I can be open and honest. She doesn’t just listen; she helps me walk through things with insight, patience, and genuine care. Every session feels purposeful and uplifting, and I always leave feeling more grounded and clear-minded. Her guidance has been a major part of my personal growth and healing journey, and I’m deeply grateful for the support she continues to give.

Paula is very good at listening and providing support. I have been to other therapists and Paula is the best! Her warm presence and caring attitude helps me feel safe and able to share what's really going on. She has provided insight into my problems and helped me to work through some very tough challenges. I have grown a lot through my time with her as my therapist.
