She was absolutely incredible at making me feel comfortable, seen, and understood immediately. I had some trepidation about therapy but was convinced within minutes that it was worth continuing because she created such a safe space where I felt I could actually discuss and get somethin out of it. She is very knowledgeable and warm as well and would 1000% recommend her to my sisters if I could.

Paula is open and understanding. She may see you sitting in thought and ask what is going through your mind at that time. She likes to get to the root and have you take her back to the beginning of situations and feelings.

Paula has been extremely supportive, but most importantly, she listens. I do not feel judged, which was a concern of mine, and her suggestions align with my goals. I did not think I was going to find a therapist who would be able to make me feel somewhat comfortable about participating in counseling, but Paula has done that.

My sessions with Paula have been very beneficial. I love the way in which she requests to offer a different perspective in a professional and empathetic way. I feel seen and heard during our conversations. It is also helpful that I leave with “homework” to support me in healing and moving forward.

Paula's thought-provoking techniques and exercises COMPLETELY opened my eyes - and, from the very first session at that. She's incredibly patient and is a great listener. I appreciated the way that she guided each session in a way that had them flow organically. I've worked with a lot of therapists before, but with Paula I finally feel like I've found a counselor to help me reach a heightened level of self-discovery.
