Great person and more importantly great therapist. She really helped me through some stuff I had been struggling with for years.

Paula is a great listener and has a lot of worksheets to help when you need them. I can't wait for my meetings with her.

Paula is professional, caring, and helpful in so many ways. Whether she just listens or uses worksheets/activities to problem solve, she always finds the right way to help. I’m very grateful to have met her.

Paula is amazing! She really listens and picks up on things I said but never connected to the real meaning and how affected I was from a tragedy years ago. I appreciated her help so much. I’ll probably speak with her again just to keep learning of ways to handle certain situations that trigger my anxiety. I really appreciate her help.
