Paula and I have worked together for about six months now, and the progress I’ve made with her help has absolutely blown my expectations out of the water. She hears and holds space for me, asks me important questions, and gives me tools and resources I need to better my mental health and my circumstances. Thank you, Paula! :)

Paula is a superb therapist and really helped me sort through a lot of emotions I was struggling with. She is a great listener and challenged me to reason my thoughts and provided very actionable feedback. Thanks to Paula I was able to rationalize a lot of the conflicting emotions I had and am now able maintain my calm when I encounter high stress situations and other relationship issues.

I am surprised at the ease convenience and accuracy in which Paula got who I was. I’ve worked with other therapists in the past and haven’t come as far as I have in this short amount of time. She offers good insight, worksheets and reading materials as well as makes herself available to meet. I’d highly recommend working with her!
