About me

Hi, I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with adults and young adults online and from my office in Heswall, Wirral. I provide a confidential service within a sensitive, warm and safe space for you to explore your own situation.

How counselling can help?

I believe that a secure therapeutic relationship allows connection to the true self, beliefs and values. It can also support finding greater peace of mind. Together we can discuss your concerns and look at your experiences in a non-judgmental, accepting environment.

Counselling is for people challenged with mental health, of course it is. But it is also for people that are struggling with, anxiety, with life, with relationships, with self esteem, and with communication that could do with some help BEFORE it becomes a mental health issue.

I provide support for people suffering with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, self esteem, bullying, self harm, suicidal thoughts and more. If you need to find some space to talk to someone about your situation or how you feel, please contact me and I should be able to offer you an appointment within a few days. Whether therapy can help depends, in my opinion, on the relationship between us.

A bit about me

I find people very interesting and feel very privileged to be in a position where I get to be let in to peoples most private spaces and share a short time in their life. I get to witness how they transform, to be present in the room when my clients get those amazing light bulb moments, those new points of awareness, when new perspectives are being made clear. I always have your best interest at heart.

Doing this for a few years now I feel very lucky to do a job that I absolutely love, a job I currently do for free (volunteering) as well as with paid clients, I have an insatiable thirst to learn more and more techniques and modalities, increase my own awareness and expand my skills.

I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as the National Counselling Society. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check.

I provide counselling in English and Hebrew

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Pazit Clayton. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Pazit has helped me develop self compassion by challenging the negative and critical voices that lives in my head. I’ve learnt a great deal about being kinder to myself and I have her to thank for that. She has helped me process and validate my feelings, which been a part of myself that I’ve struggled with for a long time. She has been a warm presence and I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for our time together.

Paz has been so kind and patient throughout our time together. We’ve created some fantastic habits and practises that I’ve embedded into my everyday life and have helped me immensely. I can’t thank her enough for what she’s helped me through.

Pazit has been so good at helping me process some areas of mental pain and anguish that I have found difficult to work through and reconcile by myself, all due to difficult relationships. She is another lens through which to see your life and gives different perspectives to consider which have been very helpful. Thank you Paz.

She is very very friendly, open-minded and empathetic. She listens to you and will bring up the previous week‘s topic, to check how your present thoughts are on it. I feel like she also knows a lot about how to live a balanced life.
