About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 6 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist and Life Coach .
I use an integrated approach to therapy, addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of each client according to their unique needs. While this can be challenging work, I find that this approach leads to lasting and positive change and overall personal well being. I work with adults to develop calmness of mind, peacefulness of heart, a confident outlook, and a positive sense of belonging and purpose in life. In other words, addressing problems that are currently present in your life -- anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties -- and exploring their underlying causes. This involves healing past wounds and becoming more open and present to the amazing possibilities in your current life, while building a clear path to a positive and hopeful future. I am an intuitive and compassionate guide who will support you to improve the awareness, acceptance, and healing of your own personal stories, to learn who you truly are at your core, and to be able to openheartedly share your gifts, talents, and abilities with the rest of the world.

I worked with Peggy for a few months and she has been a spectacular counselor. She helped identify some of my blind spots and steered me into the right frame of my mind to allow me to productively tackle my every day mental health challenges. Our conversations were not only very productive but also fun.

Working with Peggy has been a true blessing. She has a way of guiding you through your own self discovery by asking you important questions. Although I still have a lot to work through, she does a great job of making me feel heard, calming me and never makes me feel judged. I now have something to look forward to, my own growth!
