About me

I defined personal values decades ago that have served as beacons in my life, both professionally and privately. Growth, integrity, vision, excellence and service are the principles that are bedrock to all of the choices I make as a psychotherapist. My approach is one that empathetically seeks to empower individuals by encouraging participation and ownership of responsibility, and instilling confidence and determination in attaining treatment goals, all within a safe, non-judgmental setting. I have worked in both medical and clinical settings serving adults, veterans, and families with issues including post-traumatic stress, grief, depression and anxiety, and addiction. As a retired military veteran, I bring a worldly perspective to my practice using an eclectic approach focused on the individual. I look forward to being of service to you in your wellness journey.
