She signed up to be my therapist without looking at what state I'm in. She can only work with people in NY. Now I don't know what to do and she is not answering me! Very unprofessional!

Philippa is an extremely kind, patient and thoughtful therapist. They know when to ask questions to get me to open up (I struggle with that) and when to give space. I appreciate that our sessions are action oriented which helps me see progress! Philippa is great!
