About me
Hello! My expertise is in challenges arising from anxiety, depression, motivation issues, low self-esteem, and career difficulties. I worked as a therapist at an inpatient psychiatric hospital and at a counseling clinic as well so I am familiar with different mental health disorders varying in severity. In my last job, I provided therapy for people of different ages, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, etc. I currently reside in Utah, and I also know many community resources in the state. I am happy to connect you to them when needed!
I see therapy as an unique team in which you and I work together towards healing. Healing takes courage, action, and change. You are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths to help overcome the challenges in your life. That being said, therapy is a personal and vulnerable process, and I believe that it will look different from person to person. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, which means I want to help figure out what works for you and not treat you as just another client. In every sense therapy can be both hard and rewarding. I want to help you explore and make sense of the difficult things that you might feel stuck in. I strive to be someone who won't shy away from having conversations that might be hard but are necessary for growth. My goal is to help you reduce suffering, and increase happiness, fulfillment and belonging.
Please message me if you have any questions or concerns before selecting me as your therapist. Please note that I generally have availability on evenings and weekends. I look forward to working with you!

Phoebe is great! She takes the time to listen and gives feedback and advice that really resignated with the situations we discussed. She has given me so many tools to help with my anxiety and self support to feel more assured in life situations. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy.

Phoebe is awesome. She always willing to take the time to dig into any issue for as long as it takes to work through it and always seems to know the right questions to ask. I would def recommend her 10/10
