I’m only on my second section and so far everything has been wonderful and I look forward to talking to her each week !! I love that I can share what I’ve been thinking about and she offers additional insight . My favorite thing is that she’s not like overly clinical , I’ve not had a therapist before and was worried how that dynamic would feel . She has been great and is a real person living in this same real world . That may sound weird but I feared therapy was gonna feel like talking to a textbook.

I appreciate everything that I’ve learned. I first opened this app with little hope of finding somebody to help get me out of a funk and teach me ways to help control, and recognize the emotions I’m feeling.
This app has helped, Phyllis has helped. I am forever thankful.

Phyllis is a great counsellor and a great person. She has been so understanding of my worries and has not once made me feel inferior or silly for my concerns (this was a worry I had about telling people my troubles)
She has taken the time to speak to me whenever I needed her and together we have begun to figure out where my issues lie and how I can try to move forward and retrain my brain.
I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be guided by her.
