Ms. Poythress has been a great help with the sessions that I've had last summer.

I greatly appreciate that Poythress Mitchell
makes me laugh in our video calls
together each week.
I also greatly appreciate how she has
“real talk” with me and it doesn’t feel “clinical.”
Furthermore, I greatly appreciate how she shares tidbits of her life with me
(i.e. the joy of having a kindergarten-age granddaughter), which I love hearing about because I am a kindergarten teacher.

Poythress is a lovely woman who listens carefully and then offers positive responses that put responsibility for my actions on me. She maintains a professional demeanor while still showing warmth and understanding. I hope to continue to work with her.
