Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Poythress Mitchell. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I originally began therapy as part of couples counseling, and when the relationship ended, I chose to continue individually. I knew I didn’t want to work with anyone other than Poythress. She is an exceptional therapist who creates a comforting, trusting connection with her clients. She addresses and assesses every concern with a fine-toothed comb, and I always feel truly heard. I leave each session with real solutions, deeper insight, and meaningful food for thought. Working with her has made a genuine difference in my life.
