Had my first session with Pat and she seems great to work with. I look forward to getting help I need
Pratibha has been a very good and sensible counselor and gave me the tools i needed to overcome my depression and anxiety in those hard times. highly recommended!
Pat is a well of knowledge and has helped me find tools that work to manage and improve my anxiety. Thank you Pat!
Pratibha is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly intuitive and thoughtful. She was flexible with scheduling and always replied in a timely manner when communicating through text. Her memory is so wonderful, she remembered so many details from our sessions which made picking up where we left off seamless. It seemed like she honestly showed such genuine interest in the many facets of my life.
I was at such a low point prior to seeing Pat. She helped me find the strength I needed. She truly is a gem and I’d happily recommend her to anyone seeking counseling.
I was getting into negative thought patterns so badly that it impacted work and studying. Working with Pratibha, I came to understand why I was experiencing the negative emotions and I learned about and started implementing boundaries. I also learned how to communicate in a more effective manner that protects my mental health. Going forward I can apply what I learned at work and in personal relationships. Pratibha is the first therapist I've ever worked with and over the course of several months she gave me tools to get through a difficult time. I am grateful for her and highly recommend working with her.
Pratibha Srivastava is a great therapist and I highly recommend her to others. She really listens to what is concerning to me and helps me come up with solutions for both in the moment and long-term.
Even though it's early days the benefits from working with Prat are easily seen. She's thoughtful, patient and genuinely interested in helping me. I'm really glad to be paired with her and am excited to see what comes from our sessions as we dive deeper.
She is the best therapist I could have asked for!! She really connects with you personally and gets to know you, and remembers all the little things that you wouldn’t expect someone to remember, and really takes time to get to know you and figure out how to help you. she helped me so quick and so well that I was so shocked and thankful, she’s the only reason I stayed on better health. I think she is the best therapist anyone with depression, PTSD ,anxiety, social anxiety could ever work with and I’m so grateful for the time I got with her. She has taught me so many skills to help with all of my problems and made me feel a lot better.
She is very helpful. I like her flexibility and how she includes mindfulness into her practice. She is awesome.
Good connection so far, I enjoy her methodology
Pratibha was really wonderful to work with. I’d never had therapy before so I was a little nervous to start with, but she put me at ease straight away. I felt like I could easily discuss my issues, thoughts, and feelings and talk through them with her. Her advice has really helped my thought process around particular things, and I’m so grateful for that.
Pratibha was really kind and helpful.
Pat really gets and makes feel me feel understood. It took us only a couple of weeks for me to start seeing a difference how I feel. She’s amazing and would definitely be really useful to whatever situation someone else may be experiencing!
