About me

I am a Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working as a Counselor. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, anger management, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and PTSD.
My counseling style is warm and collaborative. I believe in treating my clients with empathy, respect, compassion, cultural sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, dialectical-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and rational-emotive therapy. I will address an individual’s need and develop a treatment plan to meet one’s unique and specific needs.
