My name is Quinche Tucker I am 37 years old. I graduated in May 2011 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University I am a Mental Health Therapist specializing in Cognitive – Behavioral and Person Centered Therapeutic Techniques. I have been working in the field for 9 years, I am confident in my therapeutic approach to working with families and children. I am highly driven to help other overcome personal obstacles. I strive to understand and demonstrate empathy to each and everyone of my clients. I go far and beyond to provide a nurturing and progressing therapeutic relationship with all of the clients that I am in contact with. I have the ability to work well with other co-workers at my job as well as supporting the community. I have been volunteering my time to the Southern Heights Community Center for 10 years, in which I work with a group of people that dedicate our time to reaching out to youth through speeches and programs. I am also an active soccer and softball coach, in which I strive to do my best at all times even when I feel no one is watching. Dedication, determination and progress is how I strive everyday to live my life. I am a role model in my job atmosphere as well as in the community. I strive for greatness. The dedication I value in my field motivated me to develop a program for Children and Teens titled " Relate Release Resolve your Anger". The program provides the opportunity for the youth to identify and process negative and positive cognitive and behavioral responses, while implementing exercises that have been developed to encourage cognitive processing while releasing anger an tension through physical exercises. I am very educated on the many struggles of single parent homes and the struggles of diversity in many different aspects. I look forward to working and walking with you through your journey and to be apart of seeing the desired changes you want for your life. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to work and walk with you on seeing the changes that you desire to see in your life.

I have only had a few sessions with Quinche' so far but have found them to be extreamly rewarding. Being someone who was hesitant at first to attempt counselling, Quinche' put my mind at ease and created a wholey relaxing and comfortable enviroment for me to share and recieve the support that I need. Thank you Quinche', I look forward to our next session!
I have never left a session unsatisfied and she always makes sure we have covered what I need moving forward before moving forward.
Quinche has been a really supportive, engaging and kind counselor. She asks really useful and interesting questions which make me think in a clear and meaningful way. Since starting sessions with Quinche I have felt empowered, confident and strong and more clear in the way that I think and positive about how I view myself . She is professional but also personable, funny and I actually enjoy the sessions even though we talk about some difficult topics! Thank you Quinche!
I was skeptical of all counselors and therapy. But Quinche makes me feel understood enough to open up. She's given me insight and new perspective I didn't consider. She's not judgmental and patient! I'd recommend her to my family as well!
I've only had 2 sessions with Quinche but so far it's been a great help to me.
Though we've only had a couple of sessions I feel like I've made more progress with Quinche' than any other counsellor that I have worked with before.
She is direct without being forceful, understanding when I'm on a rant and most importantly encouraging when she feels I've made a breakthrough.
Quinche is wonderful at honing in on the problem and giving useful advice and assignments to tackle it. I left our sessions feeling 10x better each time, compared to other therapy sessions where I often left feeling vulnerable after sharing difficult things about my mental health. While we spent some time talking about my background, Quinche was quickly able to figure out the most important issue to focus on and get started on talking through it together.
Quinche' is amazing and I'd recommend her to everyone. She communicates in an insightful way that has helped me so much.
Quinche' has been an incredible support, she is quick to respond and always seems to be able to identify the crux of a problem and come up with constructive ways to cope with it.
Self reflection is not a nice exercise and Quinche' makes it as painless as possible.
I have had a few sessions with Quinche' now and she's been really supportive and helpful. She provided me with many exercises to help me cope with my issues.
Quinche has been an absolute life saver. She is attentative, kind, postive, diligent and really understands how to lead me into a healing direction. She asks wonderful questions that truly make me think, and has empowered me to learn to trust myself. I cannot recommend her enough.
Quiche Tucker is great at what she does and very understanding, got me feeling better after two sessions .
Quinche' Tucker is exactly what I hoped for in a counselor. We focus on practical actions and ways of thinking to help me through my personal issues. I felt stuck in a loop and already things are going so much better in my life, thanks to her help in identifying my own patterns of irrational and negative thinking. I was skeptical that counseling would help me but already I feel improvements in my moods, how I deal with difficult emotions, and my motivation levels. I cannot recommend Quinche' enough as a counselor.
