About me

Hi, I'm Quinn. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon. I've been a counselor since 2011, and I've been in the helping professions since 2002. I have helped lots of people change their lives in ways that have made them happier. There is no universal formula for individual happiness, but together we can figure out what your formula for happiness is and make it happen. Beginning counseling can feel scary. It's hard to know what to expect. Counseling is like a lot of other things in that, you can get way into the weeds about the details of the process, but in general it's really pretty simple. Counseling goes like this: You and I start a conversation about what your life is like, what you would like your life to be like, and how you can get there. Pretty simple, right? Throughout the process, I listen to you, encourage you, and help you adjust your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to achieve satisfaction with your life.

Quinn has been the most effective therapist that I've worked with (and this isn't my first therapy rodeo). He incorporated a wonderful balance of humor and understanding into our sessions, creating a welcoming atmosphere that helped me feel comfortable opening up to him. I would absolutely recommend his services, as he helped me to move gracefully through some very difficult experiences.

Quinn is a wonderful counselor. He is able to keep up with my ever changing mental health needs and changing moments in my life that cause me turmoil. He helps me reach points of stability and understanding. He has brought me through some very hard times of a friend's death and my grandfather being sick and possibly having cancer all at the same time, while I'm trying to manage my school work. He is truly amazing.

He’s very personable and asks the right questions to make me think about it more instead of scratching the surface. I’ve gone to an in person counselor but I have no plans on stopping this time unless I can’t afford it. A truly amazing service. Thank you for what you guys have done.
