Rachael Paulbeck, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked for the past 6 years to provide compassionate and evidenced based care to both adults and children within the mental health field. My dominant skill-set includes developing skills to support engagement in wellness based activities and developing skills for coping with stress and change. My clinical modality is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy with a focus on brief solution therapy. I have predominantly worked with individuals diagnosed with anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and post traumatic stress. I also have experience working with hospice caregivers before and after bereavement. I take a very open approach to my work with each individual, looking to understand their unique world view. While primarily trained in cognitive behavioral techniques, I also bring my passion for philosophy and existentialism to my practice, helping to guide my clients towards identifying and achieving meaning in their lives.
I look forward to working with you!
