I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked for the past 6 years to provide compassionate and evidenced based care to adults facing mental health challenges. My dominant skill-set includes developing skills to support engagement in wellness based activities and developing skills for coping with stress and change. My clinical modality is primarily acceptance and commitment therapy, utilizing problem-solving and cognitive behavioral strategies. I take a very person-centered approach to my work with each individual, looking to understand their unique world view. I bring my passion for philosophy and existentialism to my practice, helping to guide my clients towards identifying and achieving meaningful goals that support their wellbeing and are aligned with their values.
