About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana and have been providing therapy services for the past four years. I have an additional six years of social work experience prior to this. My experience includes direct work with individuals with a wide array of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance abuse, family/relationship issues, parenting concerns, and behavioral needs.

My counseling style is direct, goal-oriented, and collaborative--but also compassionate and considerate to individual needs. I know your time is valuable, which is why I choose to focus on goals (no matter how big or small) when providing services. It is my belief that you are the expert on your life. I am here to guide, comfort, educate, and promote growth with my clients. I believe in empowering individuals to see their true potential and worth.

This has been one of the most difficult things to do in my life, signing up for therapy and sticking with it for a year. Rachael was the first and only counselor I have talked to and she has always made me feel comfortable and able to open my mind to how deal with personal habits and changing those negative ones. This has been such an amazing experience and Rachael always makes time even outside of her schedule for what best helps me and my schedule.
