Rachael is awesome. So affirming and gives great advice on real solutions. Love that she sent me some peer reviewed evidence for some stuff we talked about. I recommend her to anyone!
Racheal has helped me tremendously in a few short sessions . I love how she uses resources to help me when not in live sessions. She is very insightful and helps me to understand and appreciate who I am and how I can be a better me.
