About Me

Empathic service comes natural to me, and I am privileged to provide a safe place for you to explore sensitive life issues. I recognize the courage it takes to travel any path of wellness, and to reach out for extra support when needed. I also believe that each person’s natural strengths light the brightest path toward the most empowering outcomes. It is my goal to help you realize your strengths and discern the keys to your own growth and empowerment.

I have experience counseling all ages of individuals, families and groups in a range of specialty areas including: wellness and life coaching, developmental transitions, grief and loss, caregiver support, medical illness, spirituality, existential matters, anxiety and mood disorders, stress management, domestic abuse, relationship dynamics, codependency, diversity and social justice. My techniques are flexible to the changing needs of clients; and key orientations include Humanistic, Jungian, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy.

It gives me joy to see you reach your goals and achieve the fulfillment you seek. I am committed to my role as facilitator of respect, compassion and empowerment. My services are relevant if you have emotional concerns, challenges, or if you simply want to improve your quality of life.

I look forward to working with you! :)
