About Me

Hello and welcome!

My name is Rachel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over four years of experience working with individuals during some of life's most challenging times.

My goal as a therapist is to support individuals in navigating the many challenges that may be creating feelings of distress, a sense of despair, or general anxiety and overwhelm. Oftentimes we get stuck in our way of thinking and need help and support to gain the insight needed to experience positive growth. I work with clients in helping them gain awareness into thoughts and behaviors that may be self-defeating and work to create lasting change. I have experience working with individuals with a range of challenges including self-esteem, divorce, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting concerns, and trauma.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities within a strengths-based approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

Ms. Fournier is wonderful to relate to. She makes me fell comfortable to talk to her and express my deep feelings. Ms, Fournier offers me great tools to apply to my situation and offer reassuring comments that put me at at peace. Thank you Rachel!
