About me

My approach is collaborative and focused on how our past experiences affect our current scenarios/relationships. I use evidence-based practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR trauma work, and attachment-focused therapies. I believe that stepping back and understanding our current patterns, and our past, can help us make course directions that can lead to more fulfilling personal and professional lives.

Whether you are looking to do deep work on past experiences, learning new coping skills to get through current challenges, or finding a space that's free of judgment to process what is going on, we will figure out what you think is important to work on.

In my spare time, I love to listen to music and bake for hours, hang out with my kids at the beach, and go on bike rides with my partner.

Where can I begin with Rachel. Wow. She is amazing. After fearing therapy after bad experiences she totally redeemed it. She challenges me in ways I never thought I needed. Makes me think in different ways I never have. I cannot say enough good about her. Everything happens for a reason in life. And I’m so glad Rachel was brought into my life when I so badly needed the help. I cannot thank her enough.
