About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Alabama. I have over 10 years experience working in mental health. I have worked with clients in a variety of treatment settings. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to provide a safe environment where clients can freely explore their experiences. I understand the importance of supporting my clients throughout life changes and the growth process. I see clients on an individual, couples and family basis. An integrative approach is used to provide clients a sense of empowerment to reach their goals during the therapeutic process. I strive to provide a safe environment where my clients can freely explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I believe it is the therapist's role to join the patient in their journey.
