Rachel Miller

(M.Ed., LMHC)

About Me

Hello! My name is Rachel. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience providing therapy. I have worked in a wide range of settings including residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient, and private practice. I have helped clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger issues, substance use, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical and sexual trauma and emotional abuse.

My primary approach to counseling is client centered. I believe that each person has what they need to find healing and success but may need some guidance and support to achieve it. I treat every client I meet with unconditional positive regard and curate a space of non-judgement. I draw on skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness Strategies to help my clients create the best "toolbox" for them to find success and approach life with confidence.

I look forward to working with you!

Rachel Miller has good insights that enables me to look at things I struggle with in a different light. She makes online therapy fluent, and effective. I definitely would recommend her services to anyone I know.

Very supportive and allows you to find your own faults instead of constantly giving advice. She gives you time and space to find yourself and figure out your own issues in your own pace and allows you to resolve them.

I've only been working with Rachel Miller for a couple of weeks but already she has helped me through more then I could ever achieve on my own. She is great and I look forward to continuing my therapy with her
