About Me

I imagine you're here seeking some support in navigating a challenging time, feeling or change in your life. Lets learn about that together. I offer you a sacred time and space to explore the elements that are leading to this current situation. I utilize a holistic, mindful and relational approach adapted to each individual. As a Somatically trained therapist, I encourage therapy to gather information from your thoughts, feelings and beliefs as well as information from you body (sensations, pain, tension, movements). I encourage self-learning, self-compassion and learning new skills. I aim to offer tools and techniques to help you in the immediate as well as long term and I incorporate talk, somatic, relational, CBT and other trauma-informed approaches allowing for individualized collaboration in healing.

I've been privileged to witness so much growth through the therapeutic relationship in multiple settings; somatic clinic, school-based, grief clinic, and community-based agencies. Dedicating this time to yourself can be challenging and oh so nourishing. When you're ready, reach out!

Rachel is incredible. Within the first few messages, she brought so much insight into issues I’ve been trying to crack for years. I feel like I’m always learning from her and she never makes me feel like she isn’t listening. She truly cares and I think her effort show in her work.

Rachel is an amazing therapist. She is really easy to connect and speak with. She has helped me navigate through some long-standing issues in a way I've never explored before in therapy. Highly recommend working with her to anyone.
