About me

Starting therapy can be new and scary. I work on building our relationship first to provide you with a sense of safety and calm in your treatment. I have been a therapist for 13 years with range of experience from infants to adults. I use an attachment, developmental lens where we can look at generational patterns and the effects it has on you. I am humbled to sit with people as they share their story and experiences. I have training in evidence based practices of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Attachment and Bio-behavioral Catch-up (newborn and infant). I look forward to being with you on your journey.
