About me

If you're struggling to cope after a traumatic event, loss, or major life change, I welcome working with you towards healing. It can be so hard to reach out and yet so worth it. Therapy can help you feel not alone (and you're not!), validate your pain, and alleviate the things you might be experiencing like guilt, shame, anxiety, and depression.

I am a therapist who specializes in helping people heal after bad things happen. I have spent years working with adults in the Boston area who have experienced sexual assault, rape, abuse, or are struggling with difficult life events like a loss or major transition. If you resonate with feeling alone, broken, anxious, or sad I might be the therapist for you. I am here to help support you in your daily life and in your journey towards healing. Please note, I am a trans and queer affirmative therapist.

Rachel has been great. She just get's it. She understands my concerns and helps me to come up with easy to follow, small step solutions to guide me through my issues that are in line with my beliefs and how I want to live my life. I'm grateful for her and hope to continue working with her.

Rachel is a great counselor. She is compassionate, a great listener, and has good ideas for ways to handle your problems. She also has expertise in a variety of modalities. I would be open to seeing her in real life. I feel really lucky that BetterHelp matched us.
