It has been a little more than a week that I have been having sessions with Rachel, and I am already so much better than I was when I started. She is amazing. She understands me so well just through my messages. The questions she posts to me, are so helpful and it's help me understand what I should do or should not do, just why replying to her questions. She is a wonderful counselor and also can make one feel very good about oneself. I would definitely recommend Rachel to all those looking for help.
While I haven't worked with Rachel for very long she has already provided me with a safe space that I can express and work through my emotions and problems with her patient guidance.
I have recommended this site to a dear friend, I hope she uses it. We went through a terrible situation at work together and neither of us have recovered from it.
She gives me respect of giving me confidence and I feel that she is going to help me on to a better future with my feelings and my thoughts.
Rachel is someone I trust and respect her advice. She understands my needs and offers a variety of ways to connect and open up my thoughts and break out of my norm to get me on the right track. I would recommend her to any one.
Rachel is a professional and awesome - she understood my challenges. Just with one simple message, she's helped me to look deeper into myself and find my strength and build on them. She has helped me to see pass my challenges and focus on me and the reason for being here. She is awesome.
She does a wonderful job!
I find it helpful that I can talk to her when it is convenient for me. I work at nights and it is nice to not have to go some where that would take extra time out of my day to drive. She has been helpful and I am comfortable talking about things.
I love Rachel. Not only does she respond to me when I need her eg when I am having a rough time, but she also reaches out to check on me when she hasn't heard from me in more than 3 or so days. I feel like she is genuinely invested in my well being.
Rachel is wonderful to work with and very helpful. She genuinely cares about your health and happiness.
Rachel has made me feel like I'm catching up with a close girlfriend. I felt comfortable with her approach instantly. Every time she responded, she had advice and productive tools for me to move forward with.
Such a wonderful woman to work with. Highly recommend!!
Rachel is very kind and approaches things with a high amount of respect, and maintains the dignity of the people she works with. She also has good worksheets that help to open up things and get you thinking along lines outside of your own main train of thought. I would highly recommend her!
From the moment we first started chatting, I could tell Rachel was super understanding. It feels like she's my friend when I'm sending a message - she creates a great environment with no judgement where I want to be open. She's helped me discover things about myself I didn't know. Highly Recommend.
Rachel has been extremely helpful and very supportive. I am glad to have found her.
She is good and respectful
Rachel has been very supportive of my specific counseling needs and has been very proactive, and encouraging.
She is great! Sometimes life can be hard and having someone to help you is important. She has been highly helpful.
I have to say Rachel is the best thing that ever happened to me. I've had issues that have plagued me all my life, and never fully understood, Rachel has patiently and lovingly listened and encouraged me to see myself in a new light. If you have been matched with Rachel as your councilor you very lucky, no one does it better...thank you Rachel.
Rachel is amazing.
Rachel was very timely in her responses and offered me practical tips to improve my marriage. She gave great feedback and helped me feel like I had a caring support person to reach out to when in-person visits were not possible with my work/home schedule.
I was getting discouraged with the counselling experience I had on here but then I was paired with Rachel. She seems genuinely interested in my story and in helping me through my mental illness and life conflicts. Rachel is quick to respond and provides thought out responses. I am looking forward to our first live session.
Rachel is a great listener with affirmative words and is a constant source of encouragement. She also has good insight into people's thoughts and actions and attempts to use these to cater to the clients' needs. She allows you to go at your own pace and develops ways to encourage you to think differently about your issues. The best part was that she was quite responsive and would answer as soon as possible. I would like her to possibly show a bit more of tough love and encourage structure in the counselling sessions.
Rachel is great! She always responds quickly when I write a message to her and does a really good job of understanding and taking interest in what's going on with me. I would definitely recommend to someone seeking a potential therapist!
Rachel is very attentive. She believes in the people she helps and that feels great.
Rachel has been extremely helpful in helping me sort through some difficulties and move forward with pride and self-confidence. I would recommend her to anyone.
Rachel has been very helpful by asking good questions and helping me to find my own insight. She takes the time to respond to all of my questions which leads to a very engaging conversation. I look forward to gaining more insight.
Rachel has been a great help to me. She seems to understand when I am able to talk something through on my own and also when I need guidance to re-think my perception of an event.
Although I have been working with Rachel only for a short time, she has been helping me greatly. She observes things I don't, and sometimes just writing to her makes a difference. I'm really glad I found her and BetterHelp.
Rachel has been very helpful to me, she is a great listener and has specific advice that is also practical. Am very pleased to have been matched with her.
I always feel she understands me and what I am talking about.
Comes highly recomended.
I've been on the BetterHelp site for approximately 3 weeks now and it's been a blessing having Rachel there to talk to about my situation. She's understanding and sensitive to the obstacles that are going on in my life as well as give her professional opinion. Thank you Rachel for everything you've done.
