I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with 3 years of experience. I have worked with children and adults, through outpatient and partial hospitalization agencies. My approach is direct and open. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, ODD, DMDD, Depression, and social anxieties, ect.

My approach focuses on choice, purpose, and mindset helping individuals find their path to happiness and well-being through the integration of existential, cognitive- behavioral, and solution-focused therapy. I believe this provides a unique treatment plan for your individual needs.
