About me

Welcome! Creating the path to a meaningful and satisfying life can sometimes be a challenging road. I am here to support you.

Trust and respect are the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. As we get to know each other, we will decide how often we should communicate, what you would like to focus on, and how we can take steps that will improve your life in the here-and-now. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with people through life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, and family and relationship issues. My goal is to help you envision and take steps towards creating a fulfilling life of your choosing.

I am pleased to assist you in your journey but will always encourage you to be in control of our path. My therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet your needs and is often is built upon solutions-focused brief therapy, an approach where we will work together to construct, invent, and process solutions as we navigate your personal pathway through life’s challenges.

Thank you for considering me as your counselor. I very much appreciate the opportunity to get to know and work with you.

The beet counselor I've ever had. So sweet and kind. Really listens and shows all sides. Also gives really great advice. Shes so flexible and understanding when i cant talk for a few weeks (but still checks up). Shes a great person.
