She's been a wonderful counselor. Helped my partner and I through some really hard issues and helped us come out as better individuals and as a couple. I wish her the best. I know she will continue to help others heal. She was kind and tailored her approach to us both. She has the ability to connect and empower. Extremely understanding and capable dealing with neuro divergence. Thank you for all you do.

Incredibly helpful and willing to work with you. Was in a tight time constraint and really needed to figure something out and she helped me work through it. Very understanding, listens well, and provides insightful feedback.

I had to go through a few different counselors before being matched with Rachelle, but she was worth waiting for. It feels really nice to be understood by someone, and it's helpful to have someone help me put words to how I'm feeling so that I can articulate my needs. She is very knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and replies every weekday. She never forces me and helps me to feel safe. I'm very grateful to have been matched with her.
