Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Rae Lundy. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Truthfully, Dr.Lundy is exactly what I was looking for but didn’t know I needed. Her insights are powerful, she challenges my perspectives in only helpful ways, she supports me and I can be entirely myself with her. I value our weekly sessions and look forward to them every week as well. She creates a safe space, there’s absolutely no judgement, and she teaches me things about myself I never thought before which is new for me and therapy.
