Raelynn is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and and I've been able to make a lot of progress in the year we've done therapy together. Highly recommend.

Rae Lynne is kind, attentive, and has always done her best to show up for my needs as a client. If she doesn't know something particular at first, she admits what she doesn't know and goes out of her way to help me more. That is something I really appreciate about her as a therapist. She is empathetic, a great listener, and I'm very grateful to have her as my therapist.

Rae Lynne always seems to 'get it'. I've thought I was complicated for a long time, in a lot of ways I am, but she is able to help me dissect and see things I never thought possible about myself. Giving me moments of being able to see myself from the outside.

Really enjoy my sessions. Participating in the sessions is like a mental cleansing. I believe working with Rae Lynn has offered me an opportunity to be a better communicator and be more understanding in my home life, work life and personal life.

I’ve enjoyed her laid back approach. I’ve loved that she sometimes just lets me vent and then talks me thru it and determines if I just need to go off or if we need to approach my concerns.

She is patient and a problem solver a “fix it” mind set if you will and it works for me. If this is you highly recommend her.

Almost automatically was comfortable with how Rae and I communicated, very easy and simple to get the notifications from her and she does respond once at least everyday which is nice even if I haven’t been on and I appreciate that quite a bit. In the short amount of time I’ve been able to speak very freely and still get great advice back!
