About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I received my Masters Degree from the School of Social Work at Florida Atlantic University, where I learned the importance of bringing unconditional positive regard into the therapeutic relationship. I take value in serving others with an open heart and abundant compassionate.

I believe in viewing each individual within the context of their environment and utilize this approach as a means to decrease the stigma and labels of mental health.
I take great pride in my experiences working with individuals who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, grief/loss, self-esteem as well as personal development.

Therefore, my practice is based on understanding and a client centered approach. The techniques and modalities I utilized range from; Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing to Attachment Theory and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

It is my mission to assist each person with accessing and implementing their own personal tools needed to overcome any challenges and barriers they face now and in the future. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you in your personal growth and healing.
