About me

Ever feel like your relationships aren't going quite the way you want them to? Maybe it's your romantic partner, or your friends, or your colleagues at work. Something just isn't jibing. Is it them? Is it you? It can be confusing, and awfully frustrating to feel so disconnected.

Or maybe the person you’re feeling disconnected from is yourself. You’re wondering who you want to be, or how you want your life to be going (and frankly, it doesn’t seem to be going that way).

I can help.

I’ve been counseling folks struggling with these kinds of issues for over a decade. One thing they all say is how easy it is to talk to me and work with me. It’s not awkward, there’s no judgment. It’s just me helping you feel better about your life and get where you want to go. I’m not some psychiatrist with a notepad and a couch trying to analyze your childhood for you. I’m just a relatable guy with the experience to guide you through, and a desire to help you get the most out of this experience, and out of your life.

If that sounds like what you’re looking, be in touch!

He gives good advice. He is quite helpful. I would still like to talk to him. I need help. I need to love myself first before I find someone.
