About me

Do you want a change, such as the courage to move forward in your life? You may have tried to deal with this on your own and even exhausted most of the ways you usually use to deal with problems. Seeking professional support at this point is good coping, and it would be my honor to join with you toward meeting your goals.

If you are feeling upset, worried, or angry, I want to address these concerns you and help you manage those feelings. In individual therapy, I focus on treating issues of mood, anxiety, repeated negative patterns of behavior (addictions), sexual and intimacy issues, and self-esteem. With couples and family relationships, we work to build and restore issues of trust, intimacy and bonding.

Your sharing will guide and drive our work together, and I will read everything you write and respond to your messages in 24 hours or less. We are all human and need this kind of support at some point in our lives. Drawing from theory and methods of insight-oriented, experiential, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and a psychodynamic perspectiveI, I will customize a plan to serve your unique needs.

You can begin by telling me about your unique situation, please.

PS: My clients are amazing. Their resilience and strength to improve their situations and their lives push me to work harder. Emotion and Solution. The two keys to reaching our common aim, your therapy goals!

Army is the best. He’s attentive and genuinely cares about what I’m saying. He doesn’t just passively listen, and he challenges me to keep going and doing better. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Ramy is truly a great therapist. I had been hesitant about therapy and he made it feel normal and helped for the two months while I was speaking to him. Due to work changes I have to pause my therapy but will be back soon. Thank you so much!
