About me

I believe that every person has a story and every story has a purpose. I believe in people and their ability to overcome the struggles that life can bring. Life can be overwhelming at times and reaching out for help can be the hardest, however most important step.
I enjoy working with people who want to achieve change in their lives and my goal is to equip clients with the tools and strategies to cope with life's stress and challenges.
My counseling style is warm, laid back, interactive, non-judgmental and action oriented. I view my role as a compassionate listener and guide on your journey. I accept my clients as they are and where they are right now, while helping them to identify and define their own goals. I would be honored to be a part of your journey

Randi is simply a great therapist. She cares and understands, she offers great advice without any judgment and the therapy she provides follows a clear structure with a goal in mind. As it is easy to get lost in words when exploring bigger issues, she always brings the conversation back on track and helps to define the core problem and a way of dealing with it. I can only recommend her and say that I myself look forward to my session with her every week!
