About Me

It's so hard to feel stuck and exhausted, like what you are doing isn't working or sustainable, but you can't see any real alternatives. We all struggle in the need to feel safe, seen, and special; sometimes it feels like there is no safe place for us, or just too many obstacles to getting where we want to go. I create a safe and judgment-free space for couples and individuals to stretch, experiment, and try on parts of yourself you lost contact with along the way.

I work with couples, individual adults and adolescents. Because of my own background in the arts, I also particularly love to work with artists/performers. In addition, I welcome those who identify outside of what is considered the norm of gender expression and sexuality. I integrate a lot of different approaches into my work, but my couples work centers mostly around Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and my individual work around Coherence Therapy.

Whether you need a compassionate and understanding ear to serve as a sounding board as you work it all out, or the insight and guidance of an outside perspective, my practice offers a flexible approach that is equal parts heart and mind.

As someone who finds it difficult to connect to my feelings sometimes, I’m grateful that Randie seems to always be able to help me access them and accept where I am during each session.

She blends focused attentiveness, generous compassion and professional insight with a very personable, humane and approachable style.

Randie is excellent! She really listens to me. I feel not only understood but not judged by her, which is really comforting because of the issues I have to deal with. She gives a lot of positive insight and she helps me become more aware of myself and my actions. I can't really recommend her enough.

Randie has been outstanding in helping me through a very difficult time. Her kindness and care is present in all her communication, creating a very safe and open space in which to work though issues. Randie is highly perceptive and her positive approach resonates long after a season is over.
