Reba Parla, LCSW
About me
I have a warm and welcoming approach. I like to emphasize client's previous successes to show that the presenting issue can be overcome as well. I practice affirmations and do breathing and other exercises with the clients. I believe in an interactive approach and check-in that the client's needs are being met. I use CBT and a strengths-based approach because I find that these approaches are effective in helping clients create long lasting changes.
