I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in community mental health agencies, private group practice, and school-based therapy in urban and rural areas. During 7 years as a mental health therapist, I have helped individuals find understanding, hope, and peace in stressful situations with the use of skills from a person-centered, solution focused, strengths-based lens. I support people with learning to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and adjusting to life changes. When you are ready to find calm and relaxation, I’m ready to help.

Rebecca is very nice and understanding and she listens to me when I talk about the things I’m going through. She’s very helpful and kind and has shown me small changes in my own life to create a world of happiness, along with giving me multiple options on how to deal with something. It is very comfortable talking with her and I highly recommend her to anyone going through something or someone just needed someone to listen to them
