Rebecca "Becky" Bell
About me
I have been told my greatest strengths are my abilities to care and empathize for clients and the hardships they face, and truthfully I agree. I am warm, humorous, empowering and an active listener.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. I have seven years of experience working as a psychiatric hospital social worker, outpatient therapist, and adolescent residential therapist. I have supported clients with varying struggles like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, and challenges with self-harming.
I find value in a psychoanalytic therapeutic approach, as well as behavioral and cognitive approaches. I also like to utilize solution focused and strength based techniques.
With a mix of my kindness, insight, encouragement, and proper treatment interventions I can help vulnerable teens and adults to better manage or progress their lives.
