About me

Hello! I'm Rebecca and I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I assist clients with numerous mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and career transitions. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you grow at your own pace. I also believe that my clients are the foremost experts in their own lives, so I will never judge you tell you what to think, do, or believe; rather, I will guide you toward healing by encouraging you to explore your emotions, break out of unhealthy behavioral patterns, learn new coping skills, and change your thought patterns.

I have worked in numerous mental health settings in my career, including private practice, community-based mental health, children's day treatment, schools, and acute inpatient treatment. I have also served as a community mental health agency director and overseen community programs for young women struggling with trauma.
