Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rebecca “Becca” Dravland. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I started with a different therapist who wasn’t the best fit for me. I had decided to cancel my membership because I thought maybe this just wasn’t the way to go. But since I had 2 sessions left, I figured I’d see someone else because, why not? I found Becca and I am so glad I did! I ended up keeping my membership. She knew what I wanted to gain and what I needed from BetterHelp and has provided that and more. She listens to me, empathizes with me, and doesn’t try to steer me in a direction I’m not comfortable with. She is a wonderful therapist and I’m so glad I found her! She’s helping me deal with things that I’ve needed to deal with for a long time, and it’s been a big improvement on my mental health. She’s kind, easy to talk to and insightful. I would recommend her to anyone!

Becca is wonderful, she is great at listening and giving good advice. She was quick to learn about me and understand where I am at and what works better for me, which has been super helpful.
