About Me

Hi My name is Rebecca! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Pennsylvania. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I have experience working with children, adults and couples to address many challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, self-esteem, substance abuse, to name a few.

In my practice I believe that it is important for you to be active participant in the positive changes you want to make in your life. I will meet you where you are in your journey, and will facilitate the changes to help you be a happier and healthier version of yourself. I use Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy in my practice

Together we will work as a team to help you achieve your goals using tools that will help you cope with life’s stressors. It takes a great deal of strength and courage to reach out and ask for help, and you have already taken that first step in your journey. I look forward to working with you!

My first session was great. I was nervous, but my therapist guided me where it felt natural to converse. I’m very hopeful and excited about progressing

Rebecca has helped me identify underlying problematic thought patterns and find new, creative ways to address them. She's a great active listener, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable ear.

I haven’t done my part, unfortunately, as well as I should be. Rebecca, however, has managed to use what I have given her and make me feel understood, which is something I hardly get. Thank you!
