As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 17 years I have worked with diverse populations. I am committed to helping my clients stop surviving and start thriving by providing an atmosphere of acceptance, empathy and genuine caring. I provide my clients with honest, genuine feedback that allows you to gain insight on your situation and make changes that lead to your personal happiness.
My philosophy is simple- If we live according to our values we can not help but be happy. Sometimes our personal values need clarification and simplification. To obtain this, I often use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy along with multiple other treatments, according to the situation. I continue to learn treatment modalities to enhance my practice on a regular basis.

Rebecca has been absolutely wonderful. She does not inundate you with worksheets or homework, rather, she is an empathetic listener and gives practical advice. She helped me through a difficult time and I am so glad I have her assigned as my counselor.
