Ms Fiest indicated that she is a nurturing counselor and she has proved to be that. She tells things as they are but has a great appreciation of the sensitivities of the person she is counseling.

Rebecca is there for you like the caring mother, sister or friend you always wanted. She doesn’t just offer advice she helps you implement strategies to manage your life and thought processes. So glad I found her instead of the initial counselor I was matched with. I would recommend her to anyone trying to find their path in this world.

Rebecca helped me through an intense period of overwhelm. We worked through some hangups I have from my father, the anger and frustration that stem from it, and how to set up my life and my relationship in a way that won't emulate that dysfunction. This was my first time trying therapy and I'm really happy I did.

Rebecca is knowledgeable and understanding. I have found her approachable and easy to confide in. Rebecca has helped me to isolate certain trigger points in my past in order to help me realise why I behave in certain ways and hopefully to leave me in a better position to not fall into certain patterns of self destructive behavior going forward.

I am really happy to have connected with her and think that this relationship holds the potential to make some big changes in my life. I look forward to finding out how this all unfolds.
