I have a specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), which includes perinatal depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. In addition, I have extensive experience treating clients experiencing miscarriage(s), infant loss, and fertility challenges. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I utilize cognitive behavioral strategies, acceptance and commitment techniques, and problem solving skills to promote overall emotional well-being.
