I left BetterHelp over a year ago and came back specifically to reconnect with Rebecca. She is the best counselor I’ve had. We are lucky to live in a world of technology where we can have access to expertise, knowledge and education we otherwise wouldn't. I live in a rural area, and feel grateful for betterhelp and finding Rebecca as a professional.
Rebecca has been a wonderful, supportive listener. I appreciate the work she's done to help me address my anxiety and the tools she's given me to handle it.
Rebecca has really helped me sort out things and reflect on things in a way I have never experienced with a face to face counselor. I am able to be way more open thru messaging then in face to face, so this works perfectly for me. She addresses and helps with many different aspects at once. She sees the overall picture and helps me to do the same. The way I look at things has changed, and my quality of life and the quality of my children's lives has improved very quickly in a short time.
Rebecca is an amazing counselor. She has always helped me when I needed her.
I’ve had few sessions with her. She’s timely. She’s got a sense of humor. She’s extremely knowledgeable and guides you through the process. She’s amazing!
Very easy to talk to. Firm but fair when she talks. Knows the right questions to ask without making me feel pressured.
Rebecca has been a great help to me. She sends me various worksheets, talks to me on the phone weekly, and replies promptly. If I do not message her for a few days, she messages me to touch base.
She is attentive and warm. Her demeaner is friendly yet professional.
I find her calm, friendly and knowledgeable. She has been a great counsellor who has already helped me through many battles.
Rebecca is a very supportive therapist. I started therapy to help understand what ways I can better my life and relationships and she has been a great person to help me do this. She listens to what I am saying with an open mind and we are able to find 1 step solutions to my issues. I feel like my life is on track and I feel more energized about my future with her words of encouragement.
I find Rebecca super easy to open up to, she replies quite fast and she is very supportive. I’m glad I matched with someone so professional.
I have found Rebecca to be; very professional in her manner, easy to talk with, she is pleasant, thoughtful and supportive. She is punctual for appointments, easy to understand, jargon use to a minimum. And is very helpful and educational in her worksheets and feedback. I’m very pleased I was matched with Rebecca.
Rebecca is the first counselor that I've felt comfortable having conversations with. Being able to have sessions from my home are so helpful and I feel like I'm actually making progress with my mental health.
Very positive experience with Rebecca, as she is empathetic, flexible and open minded to the diversity of her clients, while her professionalism is not to be questioned. I would recommend her to any friends in need.
I have found working with Rebecca a very positive experience. When I first started online counseling, I was unsure of the whole process and my mental conditions were at their worst. I was not sure if counseling was a good idea at the time after messaging heaps and not getting as many messages back as I hoped. But, I took a step back, started trusting in my self (as Rebecca encouraged) and listened to the core of what my counsellor was saying. I am happy to say that in the two weeks of counseling I've had, despite many stressors, I have improved a lot! Online counseling has had a significant impact on the way I respond to stressful situations and relationships. Some of what I have been told hasn't been easy to hear as it's so accurate (the truth can hurt!), but Rebecca's technique gets to the crux of the matter and deals with the issue head on. I also know to trust her advice, as she is highly qualified and what she says works. When I communicated that what she said was a little too much for me to hear at times, she adjusted her approach to meet my needs. She has helped me understand difficult emotions and why I feel a certain way in a very collaborative and empathetic way. I would highly recommend Rebecca as a psychologist :)
At this point she is the best therapist I have ever had. I've met with several others. It was mostly them listening to my problems but not introducing exercises or giving me honest feedback. At least, it didn't FEEL honest. The fact that this is being done through a chatroom is not lost on me at all. It only highlights the strength and quality of Rebecca's input. 5 stars!
