Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor with 7 years of experience. I have done work in private practice, community based mental health programs, and school based counseling. I have experience working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, marital problems, abandonment issues, and many military veterans seeking to find hope.
My therapy style is person centered and multi-modal using techniques from solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emdr therapy, and rational emotive therapy. I am compassionate and non biased and believe that everyone has a voice that is worthy to be heard.
