About me

Life can be hard. Work can be hard. Relationships can be hard. You don't have to handle all of it on your own. Getting help means you are strong; it means you are courageous; it means you are smart. I would like to help you. I want to help you remember how to care for yourself; help you learn new skills about communication and being in relationships; help you feel better.

I view my clients as the ultimate expert on themselves and their lives. I help guide them, possibly teach them if that's what they need, and partner with them as they move toward feeling well, healthy, and whole. I have significant experience with adolescents and young adults.

I specialize in grief and loss (as well as other issues) and believe everyone's journey through that process is unique. My treatment approach with other concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues and life changes will begin with discovering where you are in the process and then in a very client-centered and strengths-based way, together we will utilize the techniques and theoretical lenses I have developed in my 15 years in practice.

I look forward to working with you!

Rebecca is a wonderful, compassionate, incredibly resourceful, and well-educated therapist. Her wealth of knowledge combined with her depth of intuition and grace is everything I could ever hope for and more. She is truly an incredible support system. I could not be more grateful for being connected with her, especially virtually, in order to have her continued support during these unprecedented times. Highly highly recommend.

Rebecca is a responsive, supportive and thoughtful counselor who gives me tangible goals each session and listens attentively. She asks great questions to dig deeper and is flexible on scheduling, which is so helpful with two young kiddos at home. I’ve really enjoyed working with her!
