Do you long for connection and balance in your life? There are many reasons why a person may begin to feel disconnected from their self, others, and/or the world. My name is Rebecca and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have worked with a diverse clientele with a wide range of issues that lead to feelings of disconnection including relationship issues, anxiety, loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, family conflict, trauma, and substance abuse.
I believe healing happens in relationship to others and that developing a working relationship with a counselor can be the first step to reconnecting with yourself, loved ones, higher power, and/or world. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use an eclectic blend of therapy techniques with the goal to find a style that best meets the needs and personality of my clients.
“I have learned now that while those who speak about one's miseries usually hurt, those who keep silence hurt more.”
― C. S. Lewis

Working withRebecca has given me a space to look at the most difficult feelings with support and gentleness. She has helped me find inner peace and self empowerment to discover more about myself in the past year than I have working with any other therapist. Thank you

I just started, have had only 3 sessions with Rebecca, but loved her from the start. She immediately made me feel comfortable, like she genuinely cares, and didn't make me feel awkward or nervous at all. Quite happy with who I was paired with.

Rebecca is a really great counselor. I felt like she really listened and heard what I was saying, and was able to empathize with me and also give helpful feedback. I always felt better after our sessions.
